Hotel Toscana - Interlaken

This is functional and exceptionally clean hotel with brand-new rooms and amicable staff. The room is reasonably priced. The breakfast is reasonable and very good for vegetarians, has delicious food. The setting is excellent and wonderful, just off many restaurants, shopping street and the centre of town, mountain area. Don't forget to visit nearby Azzurra Bar Gelateria, they have best coffee ever.

It was reasonably priced. Standard twin room in the lobby or on your own computer was ready when we arrived. The hotel was ideally located, so close to the pedestrian zone and many shops resturants and attractions and set in a mountain area. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Central Interlaken district.

Hotel staff/ owners were warm and approachable.Design and furnishing of hotel was cosy. Makes one feel at home

Hotel Toscana was a wonderful choice for us. Family type, friendly staff, clean, relaxing and with an excellent location a few steps away from the main street of Interlaken. Easy communication of staff in several languages makes trip easier. Hotel restaurant serves good food at convenient prices. I recommend it.

The local Indian restaurants nearby offered a fantastic culinary experience, and the helpful staff made our stay enjoyable despite the hotel not being luxurious.

Pretty simplistic room for the cost. The on line picture was a little deceiving.

Hotel Toscana is situated in a prime position in the centre of Interlaken. The street is pedestrianised and there is a wonderful atmosphere especially in the evenings when people are eating outdoors. The private car park is a wonderful asset. The food served in the Trattoria is excellent and staff are friendly.

The hotel is in dire need of refurbishment as bathrooms are dated - need modern white suites and better lighting as do the bedrooms. White towels and white bedding are a premium requirement and better quality pillows and duvets are needed. We missed Michael on this visit.

Friendly family run hotel on a pedestrianised street in a central location.. No traffic noise. Only a few metres from the bus routes and within walking distance of Interlaken West Station.

The amenities were nice, but the bathroom could definitely use some updates to match the overall look of the place.

Check in was simple and friendly. Necessary information was given at reception when ever we asked. There was parking available.

At break fast staff was not very attentive. We had to ask few times for all kinds of breads. Initially they were negligent till we asked again and again. Break fast should be till 10:00 and check out time should be at least 11:30 or 12:00. We go for relaxing and not to get up early to finish breakfast and check out.
